I'm Elana, a former language teacher turned graphic designer based in Wilmington, NC. While language to design is not a traditional path, I'm grateful to have found a way to combine my two oldest loves: words and making pretty things. I am inquisitive and meticulous, always learning new skills and spotting the typos. I love helping clients solve design problems and achieve their goals through a clear, communicative process that is built on collaboration. And if the design makes people happy? That's just the icing on the cake! Currently available for a full-time entry level design role or freelance work.

When I am not designing, you'll most likely find me singing loudly to indie rock music, at my sewing machine, reading a book, or working and observing in my pollinator garden.
